I twirl it on my finger the whole time...... tricky with a "safe action" trigger, but it usually helps move things along.

In all honesty though, I carry pretty close to 6:00, so when I have to sit, I just kind of let it sit inside my pants pointing at the commode. I've never worried about people seeing it. But, now I probably will.
I tend to forget things - and don't particularly like playing around with my carry guns as they're all DAO without manual safeties - so I really don't like taking it out of my holster or off my person.
