People have asked Armscor directly about the M200 series revolvers. "Not +P rated" might be a bit of an overstatement, but Armscor's own correspondence has always been that their design and metallurgy is insufficient for a steady diet of +P. They won't blow up. They will shoot loose or break.

In terms of ruggedness, I wouldn't consider that promising.
