So to cut to the chase:

1. No panic EO confiscations, etc.
2. Tighten up reporting for NICS and mental health (the latter is quite complex from a medical, psychological, psychiatric point of view). More research is needed.
3. Some baloney about AP bullets - trivial in today's world real crime usages
4. A tighter AWB - which most folks think won't happen.
