The law that is being enacted today allows for grandfathered 10 round magazines, but you can only put in 7 rounds at a time. All pre-ban mags over 10 rounds must be turned in or sold out of state (no grandfathering). This law is the last straw for me staying in NY. Taxes, legal limit on soda size and now this...im done.
