Either send it back to Ruger for them to fix it or order a higher end aftermarket part and have a qualified gunsmith fit it for you. A good aftermarket piece runs $20-$40 + gunsmith fees. As I'm sure you already know a part breaking after 10 rounds is not normal. Its not a known issue as far as I know with Ruger 1911's. Cast or MIM parts will usually break early on if there is a problem with them which is probably what happened in your case.
