Nope, its a hand pump spray. The good, working stuff that doesn't pretend to be eco-anything is an aerosol can instead.

I differ, even Hornady admits the eco-pump (water-baseed) stuff is rubbish, even with the instructions followed to the letter.
This is the bad stuff:
& this is the good stuff they replaced it with.
You're right about 99.9% of them though, most work just fine it's operator error.
