I shoot a XD40 with a 4" barrel. I tried a lot of the different powders listed, but finally ended up with 231 for my light target and comp loads. I also went to a 180gn moly coated lead bullet.
I have heard that the lead is no good in Glocks with a stock barrel, but a lot of the guys I shoot pistol matches with, say its fine as long as its moly coated.
