Merry xmas everyone

Im going to start reloading for my g23 and was wondering what you guys are using for powder. This will be for target practice, not S.D.

I want something economical but with enough power if I decide to use it for IDP or IPSC matches.

Any other info would be great also.

Im not new to reloading, but iam for this caliber.
