Paste the part you want to quote into your reply window, select the text, click the quote button
Scroll down below your reply box, find the person's name that you're quoting, select and copy it, and add "={pastethename}" after the word quote, so it looks like [quote=JimBo]
The whole thing takes about 5 seconds.
