The only rifle I have that actually WILL do 1 MOA is my 6.8 AR from Bison Armory.....
If I do my part, with handloads.
Factory loads. ...... Fughetaboutit
My 24/47 gets close some days with handloads, but closer to 2MOA on most
I bedded the action, and added a scope
