I'd say any 225-230 grain load that produces 850+ fps, using a SWC or TC bullet with a substantial flat point. You can't expect much expansion at that distance, but mentioned bullets will knock a half-inch hole clean through a man or deer, bones and all. I've seen 230 FMJ shoot through oak pallet boards at 550 yards, so the lethality is there.
