More practice less computer time will take at least 6 seconds from your time.Learning the proper terms for your equiptment will take at least another 3 seconds off.For a Bullseye shooter to be down 18 points on stage 3 adds 9 seconds to your time.So you could take 3 more seconds to shoot stage 3 clean and still be ahead 6 seconds.
