If by "beefy" you mean heavy, the ultimate is a Para Ordnance 18.9 At 48oz fully loaded (18 rounds) it is definately beefy. With fiber optic front sights and adjustable rear target sights it is loaded with all the extras. However it will costs nearly double what your G19 does.
