I have owned my LC9 for a year and a half now and in the beginning had the same issue. It turned out it was my fault I have always been a single action guy and I was anticipating the gun going off and I am not recoil shy! So I mounted one of Laserlytes side mounted lasers and co-witnessed both and then just concentrating on the laser I was hitting dead on! Once I realized it was me and not the gun mastering it was easy.
