During the fall and spring, your car can go through
the freeze/thaw cycle, at least daily. This might be
a cause for some condensation. I have kept a Glock
in my vehicle quite often. Just take it out once a
month or so and wipe it down. Never got rust on it.
I can't say the same for blue steel guns. I would
wipe them down at least weekly. For true winter,
don't worry about it. The Glocks are very popular
for people who spend much time outside during
the winter.
