When I first inherited my pre model 37 I couldn't stand it. Couldn't hit a damn thing and the report and blast was significant. Once I realized it was my fault and not the guns it started to grow on me.

I've also had the opposite happen with my 22/45...loved it at first. Not it just doesn't have enough zing for me.
