Right now the Evil Pawn Shop Guy in my hometown,,,
Has a Sig-Sauer P226 Classic 22 for $565.00,,,
I think that's what he's asking anyways.

So they are not cheap by any means,,,
At least when you compare them to .22 target pistols.

Buds Gun Shop has the S&W M&P for $337.84,,,
That's not a bad price at all for a good gun.

I've never fired the M&P,,,
But I know two people that own them,,,
One person swears it is one of the finest guns he owns.

The second isn't quite so ebullient about it,,,
But he says it's a nice gun and he shoots it a lot.

Microgunner suggested you look at a .22 conversion for your G-19,,,
That's sound advice and is an option worth exploring as well.
