All of the posts about revolvers vs semis are amusing.

While I was in law enforcement I carried a revolver the majority of time. I still often carry a revolver. For 95%+ of police gunfights a revolver would be fine.

It's those outside of the box incidents where only 6 shots can be a bummer. No matter how much of a gunfighting legend you are on the range.
