An older suppressor can affect accuracy. Older models had rubber tubes/rings in them that slowed the bullet and trapped gas. They would wear out pretty quickly and have an adverse affect on accuracy. Newer models should not have the same affect, though. Newer models use a different method involving metal parts, not rubber. They are supposed to last much longer.
