Ballistol is a good gun cleaning product. Hickok45 uses it almost exclusively according to his videos on Youtube. I would NOT take it internally or apply it to open wounds as a medicinal product. To the best of my knowledge, it does not cure cancer, blindness, rheumatism, lumbago, shingles, the vapors, and it will not cure hemorrhoids.
