Great recommendation. I was going to suggest another 'more frugal' choice as well (namely, the Arcus 98) as it's another hidden gem like the EAA for a remarkably fair price. I just get the impression the OP is looking to spend around $1K thereby rendering our "cheap" guys moot (perhaps).
