I'm not real sure, I think the Remington dates from around WWII +or- a couple years. The Winchester is probably from the '50's and I bought the Peters to hunt ground squirrels with when I was around 13 or so (1964). I also have a brick of Sears branded .22's that I bought around the same time.
Wow--That must bring back some memories.

Not a problem I guess provided it was kept dry and in a 'relatively normal' temperature environment. I often see the "How old is too Old Ammo" thread...I personally have never actually fired very old ammo.
