If I were you I'd have some put away that never gets touched . At least 500 rounds of every cal. you got and 1,000 plus of 22lr . Every few years rotate the ammo out for new stuff . If you keep it in a cool dry place ammo will last for many years . I had some ammo I forgot about in my basement for 17 years
. I took it out a few months ago and It all worked fine with no duds it all fired .
( 9mm & 38 spl ) . As for the way to store it . Ammo cans with good seals and thow in one of those anti moister packets .

It's not everybody that has the problem
