Welcome to The Firing Line, ZA Arms!

As much as we'd like to help, you're asking us (a bunch of fairly anonymous folks on the internet) to give legal advice when the consequences to you could be felony-level significant. Go hire a lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction who is competent in both federal and state firearms laws. Get a notepad and write down all of your questions. Take notepad and all of the paperwork that you have received from BATFE (including emails, FFL license paperwork, letters, everything) to said lawyer.
A gunfight is not the time to learn new skills.

If you ever have a real need for more than a couple of magazines, your problem is not a shortage of magazines. It's a shortage of people on your side of the argument. -- Art Eatman
