On Aug. 17th, the Judge has
denied the plaintiffs motion for Judgment on the pleadings.
On Aug. 30th, the plaintiffs files a
Motion for Preliminary Injunction. The response is due on Sept. 20th and the reply due on Sept. 27th. The Judge set Oct. 4th as the hearing date for this motion.
