Yes, they screw up like anybody I guess, but they tend to make things right.
I am not sure, but I think they have two levels of people answering the phones. The first group can handle minor issues, but do not seem real knowledgeable about the overall system. If you push them a little bit they usually pass you on to someone else that seems more competent.
