So someone tell me, what benefit is there to becoming a citizen if all Constitutional rights should be given to all persons that happen to be standing on U.S. soil?
rights apply to all human beings by default and are irrespective of laws. Those rights are respected for all people on our soil. Certain legal
rights are restricted for actual citizens.
