They are Italian Mannlicher-Carcano carbines. Not sure of the model number.
The 7.35 Terni ammunition is kind of hard to get. As in generally VERY hard to get. Italy started switching their standard military cartridge from a 6.5 to the 7.35 but couldn't get it done during the war. In fact they pulled back thousands of 7.35s and rebarreled them to 6.5
