I live in the tropics and since we have a lot of tourists carrying waist packs they blend in well here. Thus I use either a waistpack or IWB. I have tried a number of waistpacks but not the one you mentioned. I finally settled on nylon packs by Anderson Enterprises sold at
www.theconcealmentshop.com in Texas. Their product selection and service are great. I usually buy one in either gray or dark blue. Good luck.
