Contacting Terry at Ultimate Equipment

Does anybody know why Terry at Ultimate Equipment would not be responding to email or have any other way to get in touch with him? I placed an order over two weeks ago and have not received any communication regarding the order. I have sent 3 emails that have gone unanswered so I am just curious if there is something going on in his personal life or some other reason why he is not responding. I am assuming he is just busy with other things, but I would feel more comfortable just getting a quick note to that effect because the right now the silence is deafening.
