For what it's worth, the Lyman 49th lists IMR4350 as their accuracy load for 2 out of 3 bullets from 100gr and under but not at all for the 3 listed over 100gr.

For accuracy loads, they show IMR7828 (49.5-55.0) for 110gr Nosler, H1000 (52.2-58.0) for 117gr Sierra and RX19 (48.0-53.5) for 120gr Hornady.

They're using Winchester primers and Remington brass.
