I used to work at Midway USA and the primers are kept on premises so that could be one hazmat fee but the powder is kept off site in a warehouse due to the fact that Midway USA sits right on I-70 so this is probably the other charge for the hazmat fee ... i really dont know though they could have changed things since i worked there because it been 4 years.
