I recently purchased at auction what claimed to be Sako stainless sling swivels as shown in this picture.

They seem well made but have no marking on them. They came with a 2mm allen key but there is nowhere to use it. There seems to be a bit missing from each swivel as there is no way to firmly lock the pin in place. It is just a push/click fit - a good fit but not bombproof. As you can see from the photo bottom right there is a groove on the pin which seems to be asking for a circlip or similar fitting.
Does anyone recognise where they are from and what, if anything, is missing.
They do look nice on my Sako 75 Finnlight but I would like something a bit more secure before taking them into the field. I had one nasty experience a few years back when a swivel opened and the sling dropped off the forend as I was lining up a rapidly disappearing chamois for a quick shot

So I will probably try to get or make a circlip to fit but it would be nice to know what is supposed to be there.
