Neat idea. The hanger for the forend appears to secure with a pin thought the frame where the takedown latch is, and the buttstock attachment wraps around the frame underneath the grips. No modification to the pistol frame appears necessary.
Much classier than the Alaskan model, which was a 16" barrel and a frame mounted tubular stock.
If that kit needs a good home, I have a "spare" Auto Mag I would allow to be converted.
Sadly, it probably costs as much as my house.
