TC, most always provided a way on these.

Don't know if you can still find one as it would have to be used. TC, use to make a base or sorts that would replace the rear sight. Then the scope had a clamp that fit that base. They also make a whole bunch of adaptors for mouning a scope, on a side-lock. If you will give me a little time, I can look through my old catalogs and bases that I have and see if I can provide additional help. Now, it's not a big deal to drill and tap, especially this model but wait and let me see what I can come up with. .....
