I have since the 80's

It's been reformulated recently but still shoots the same. made in Australia

22 Grains IMR 4198
any brass same make I used New Lapua, Nosler, Lake City 09, Hornady, it did not matter they all shot good.
any primer
52 Grain Hornady match or Sierra match 52's

No better powder in the .223 in my mind for 40-55 grain bullets.

Especially accurate in the AR-15's burns clean.

1/2" or better in my AR-15 or .223 Bolt @ 100 yards all day long..
