LASur5r, yes it does suck when you are the human pinata.
I grew up the same way, me and my friends got into fights all the time, we would beat the hell out of each other but we never went out of our way to hurt each other, and we did try and keep it "fair".
When dealing with goblins and scumbags however the rules change drastically.
