venison Sauerbraten style. Marinated neck in vinegar,red wine, bay leaves, peppercorn, sugar,salt for 4 days. Dump out marinade,rinse. Stewed in slow-cooker for 5 hours using pot roast sauce mix So tender w. unique flavor Yumm
