i have fired approx 400 rounds of 85 -120 grain factory loads in 25-06 from my browning bar safari - what i have seen is the closer you get to the 120 grain mark the accuracy goes downhill(due to matching bullet speed to rifling twist)...

stick with 100 to 115 grain, this is the lightest i would hunt with out to 300(500 if was starving) yards for mid sized game...

i would feel safe with the winchester ballistic silver tips in 100-117 grain...
