I shoot typically 1.5 MOA with SA surplus out to 200 yds. with my loaded model from Springfield. Haven't got into loading my own yet, and can't afford good 168 gr. loads

. If you are serious about getting a quality M14 type rifle, don't forget to look at Fulton Armory - requires spending a little more of your disposable income but from what I've read it's money well spent.
