There are quite a few possiblilities.
Go to your preferences, under your edit menu. In your "cache" preferences (which is under "advanced" in Int. Expl.) there is an option called "update pages" be sure that the check box next to "always" is checked.
This is probably what it is. If not, let us know and we'll try to walk you through a few other possibilities.
