I don't know about your state. Here in MA, the Environmental Police (game wardens) have wide lattitude in their response to an infraction. If you break hunting laws, they can confiscate your hunting gear. How much you **** them off helps determine how much the confiscate, up to and including your hunting boots and your truck.

I suggest that you do not try to play word games with the wardens. They've got no patience for that kind of silliness.
