I'm loading .45 Long Colt anywhere from Cowboy mild up to maximum loads using .452 sized cast alloy bullets. I want to try .454 sized bullets in my gun (Ruger Blackhawk) to see what kind of accuracy difference there is. Wanting to be carefull, I will start with the mild loads, however I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts or experiences on what kind of pressure increases I might expect, keeping all other variables & components the same.
