You probably got that e-mail from a fake.....

I get em from time to time and report them to paypal and ebay security. If you have doubts call them on the phone. They will never ask you for your password or a card number in the mail.

In fact dont ever put a card number or acct or personal info in a n e-mail. Chances are its a fake just fishing for info.
