What's a good, sturdy, all-around carry sling for the Mossberg 590A1?

I do not have a recommendation for you but I can tell you what I do not like. I got a nylon "tactical" sling for my 870 and it is not something that I would use on a combat gun.
When I'm in a hurry to handle my 870, the sling can easily get between my support hand and the pump handle, rendering it almost impossible to rack the slide. They may work OK for semi's but I would never get one for a pump gun.
I am looking for a nice stiff leather sling that I can use to carry my SG and yet not worry about it flopping around and getting in the way.
Check the Cabela's online store. They have quite a nice selection of inexpensive slings.
Edited to correct spellling.

You can get a good carry sling at Wal-Mart.

I own a new mossy 590, love it! mine came with a sling, It is a nylon sling of a rather heavy weave. It never seems, or hasn't yet to get in the way. I believe any heavy sling would work just fine though I favor the leather ones mine works just fine.

Thanks for the info.
Here's a basic question I didn't know to ask, never having bought a sling before:
How long a sling will fit the 590A1? The distance between the swivels is 36 inches. Does a 54-inch sling make sense?

My adjustable sling is 48" long let out the way. If it's adjustable, then I wouldn't think that 54" is too long. If not adjustable, it might be???
