What part of the triad? In the Winston-Salem/Greensboro
area there are two. Grandview Firearms in Winston-Salem
and Calibers in Greensboro. There are a couple in Raleigh
itself. Davi's (which I don't recommend) and Personel Defense
(I think is its name).

I shoot at the Piedmont Handgunners range. It's located between Lesxington and Salisbury. It is a private range and outdoors. 5 pistol bays, rimfire range and 200 yd rifle range. They have matches every weekend. Cowboy, steel, rimfire, and highpower. Nice range, IMO.

There is a new Range in Raleigh, NC. "The Wake County Firearms Education and Training Center"
Range 1: LE Only
Range 2: 9 bays - 50yd Pistol
Range 3: 9 Bays - 75yd Rifle/Pistol
Range 4: 9 bays - 100Meter Rifle.

Each bay has Concrete Benches and Airflow Directed downrange to minimize lead, etc...

Hours are: Tues/Thurs 6-9pm, Sat/Sun 1-6
(Hours are supposed to to increase as members do)

There is a Mandatory Safety Course in order to obtain membership.
