Posting images?

Some time back the way I was told to link images to messages was to use photopoint.com. Apparently that use is now for paying photopoint customers only. What is the proper way now to post images? I thought I had a correctly-sized JPG photo attached, but that doesn't work either.

You can hot link to a pic that is anywhere on the web or you can upload it as a file by clicking the "Browse" button above the "Submit" button and finding it on your local PC.
