Old War Horses

Picked up two used (barely) Ruger Service Six 357 Mag revolvers this last month.

Both stainless, fixed sights, square butt (Speed Six was round butt, Security Six was adj sights). One 4 inch, one 2 3/4 inch. Only $200 each!

Love 'em!

Looked through the junk drawer, found a nice leather holster and two speedloaders for 'em too. Been holding on to those since at least 85... :)

Good find BrokenArrow. The dealer I bought my Taurus 85 has a Police Service Six (Blued, fixed site) in the case for $169. He also had a Security Six for $199. But it had been sold. I was going to buy the Security Six and the Taurus, might have to go buy that Police Six.

Good buy! I always liked the Security Six better than the GP-100.
