Hi and thanks for stopping by,
recently i moved out here near Denver Co, i have a remington 700 in 308 26 inch heavy barrel with a ss10x mildot scope, (ordering nightforce 40moa base).
I would like to try my skills at distance and learn as much as possible and collect some data. I read somewhere pawnee national grasslands near ft collins (grover) is a common place for target shooters. If anyone knows any matches near denver or a place in the woods to shoot and collect data or would like a shooting buddy pm me. :)

Of course it depends on where you are, but I know a number of folks who live in Highland Ranch area who shoot at Ben Lomond Gun Club (blgc.org) down in Ramah, CO. I believe it's east, southeast of Parker. Lots of ranges there and organized quite nicely. Closer than Ft Collins, anyway.
