View Full Version : Remington 700 SPS

So back in february I ordered a Remington 700 SPS tactical with the blawkhawk axiom 11 stock in 308 win from my LGS, witch I still have no word on when I will have my hands on it. Is Remington just back up on orders or something. I've never waited this long for a firearm. I'm hoping to have it in time to work up a nice reload for it before deer season starts.

that is the reason why i only buy my firearms if they have them in stock.

Thats a bummer, typical of some modern business which they'll take orders across the board then wait until they have enough to start production, I myself have experienced this more and more it seems. Call remington themselves and get it from the horses mouth and find out if the LGS is the one holding this up.

Could be a possibility, I would call that gun store and ask if you can get an order number, then contact remington and see what the deal is. I also dont buy guns that aren't in stock, but if you have no word when its coming in at all then you might be getting screwed.

My LGS says that he always checks Gallery of Guns first when he orders for someone. I just checked their site and the rifle you ordered says 0 available. I know there's plenty of other places that they can order, but that was just a quick reference.

if it's anything like the sps tactical aac, you'll be happy with it when you finally get it. i like mine.

I've got an AAC-SD Remington 700. I put a Cooley muzzle break on it from JP Rifles and it works wonders on eliminating recoil.
Where did you get the added magazine capacity door?

Tactical Component Manufacturing:
It's not bad really considering what it is; mine took a little trimming with a file for it to open freely. No feed problems either.
